Nue Lifecycle Manager
Ability to track auto-renew result records, statuses, and status messages
- When customer renews a big number of subscriptions on a monthly basis, they would like to see a record of the auto-renewal statuses, and their error messages if there are any. To address this, we have created a new object in Salesforce named 'Auto Renew Status' to record the auto-renewed subscriptions, their renewal statuses, error messages, etc.
Ability to split a quote into multiple orders with different billing accounts
- Users can now split a quote into multiple line buckets, each having a different billing account than the sales account. The billing account of each line bucket is defaulted to the sales account of the quote. Users can select different billing accounts for each bucket from the available options, which are the billing accounts of the current quote account. When finalizing a bucket to an order, the billing account of the resulting order is derived from the bucket, while the order's account remains the quote's account.
Enhancements to the account tab in the Lifecycle Manager
- This feature enriches the user experience by seamlessly integrating customer details with dynamic revenue insights. It enhances the current card display, preserving essential customer information and offering flexible field configurations. The centerpiece is the "Revenue Stream" chart showcasing account-level revenue streams derived from customer subscriptions. Initially, the chart aggregates revenue, but upon activating the "Show Subscriptions" switch, it elegantly breaks down revenue streams for individual subscriptions. To streamline visualization, only the top 3 active subscriptions are listed, with additional subscriptions intelligently grouped under the 'Other' category. For sales accounts with multiple billing accounts, a convenient dropdown empowers users to tailor revenue insights to specific billing accounts. Furthermore, the 'Related Accounts' section, featuring 'Children Accounts' and 'Billing Accounts' tabs, offers seamless navigation by organizing associated accounts.
- For upgrade customers, to display the "Account Name" field, please add "Account Name" to the "Customer Fields" field set of the account for the related list on the Customer page in Lifecycle Manager.
Preview invoices for a customer in the Lifecycle Manager
- In the Invoices tab of the Lifecycle Manager, users can click 'Preview Future Invoices' action to preview all future, unbilled invoices instantly, and have an option to save these previewed invoices. Previewed invoices can provide finance ops with valuable insights into future financial performance. By previewing invoices, finance teams can anticipate the timing and magnitude of incoming payments, allowing for more accurate forecasting of accounts receivable. This helps to enable better cash flow management.
Support filters for auto-renew notifications
- At times, users may have the specific need to send auto-renew notifications selectively to particular subscriptions or customers. To address this, admin users now have the ability to set up filtering criteria in conjunction with the auto-renew notification settings. This ensures that auto-renew notifications are dispatched exclusively for designated subscriptions or customers.
Add Total Amount Without Tax field in Order and Order Product objects
- To streamline integration with revenue recognition systems, we added Total Amount Without Tax field in Order and Order Product object in both Salesforce and Nue app.

Ability to export usage records into a CSV file
- Admin users can click 'Download' icon above the usage list to export the filtered usage records into a CSV file.
Ability to create custom fields for Invoice Item, Invoice Item Detail, Credit Memo Item and Credit Memo Detail objects
- Users can create custom fields for Invoice Item, Invoice Item Detail, Credit Memo Item, Credit Memo Detail objects in Nue. For more details, please refer to Manage Custom Fields.
Ability to view the billing state of an order product
- On the order list page, users can now check the billing state of the associated order product. Open the order products popup window to view invoicing details like Billed Amount, Invoiced Until, Next Billing Date, and more. Billing State is a new business object introduced in this release. Please refer to this article for a complete list of fields of the Billing State object.

Multi-Factor Authentication
- Users can now enhance the security of their accounts by enabling MFA. This additional layer of protection ensures heightened security by requiring users to verify their identity through multiple authentication methods. Stay ahead of potential threats and safeguard your Nue account with MFA.
Nue users can see the organization logo as well as the organization name when they login to Nue App
- In the system settings, administrators have the option to upload the organization's logo. Once uploaded, users logging into the application will see the organization's logo and name displayed in the header.
Ability to create a plugin to set the default value of address-type fields in the Quote creation page
- Salesforce admins and developers can develop an Apex plugin to set the default value of address-type fields and have them displayed in the Quote creation page. For more information, please refer to Default Value Plugin.
Bug Fixes
Stripe Integration
$0 invoices with Paid status in Stripe still have status Transferred
- After an $0 invoice is transferred to Stripe, and auto-paid by the customer, its status is Paid in Stripe, but continued to be in the Transferred status in Nue. This issue is fixed.
