the current account’s transactions or all transactions across the entire account hierarchy—including orders, subscriptions, assets, invoices, credits, and more by default, the view is scoped to the current account to reduce noise and help users focus however, revops teams and account managers can now easily toggle to see a complete picture across parent and child accounts, making it easier to support complex customers and streamline account management enhanced control over price and discount handling during subscription changes previously, when the “use net sales price upon renewal” option was enabled, the system carried forward only the final net sales price from the previous term during subscription renewals or changes ignoring any underlying price or discount tags with this enhancement, admins can now choose to preserve and reapply the original price and discount tags when processing subscription renewals, upsells, or cross sells additionally, there is an option to carry forward discretionary discounts from the original term this provides more flexibility and consistency in pricing strategies across subscription lifecycle events everything billing nue payment links field, and image components within existing columns enhance first invoice generation for orders with mixed billing schedules previously, when the setting “automatically generate the first invoice when an order is activated” is enabled, the system would generate the first invoice using the earliest next billing date across all order products as the billing target date this could result in some order products especially those with future billing start dates—not being included in the first invoice with this enhancement, a new system level option “ bill the first billing period for all order products ” ensures that each order product is billed individually based on its own next billing date, even if they differ this provides more accurate and complete invoicing for orders with mixed billing schedules (e g , monthly and annual products), helping reduce missed billings and improve revenue accuracy improved billing schedule status reporting in this release, we’ve expanded billing schedule statuses to include “completed with error” and “error”, ensuring the latest billing job status is accurately reflected this improves the user experience by providing a clear and immediate indication of the billing job status without any extra steps required note this enhancement applies only to newly run billing schedules, and there will be no status updates for previously completed billing schedules transaction hub status on customer list page revops managers can now view the transaction hub status directly on the customer list page this enhancement provides immediate insight into the synchronization status of customer data between nue and external systems, such as salesforce functionality activated icon customer data has been successfully synced to/from salesforce clickable icon for customers not synced to salesforce, users can manually re sync by clicking the icon (similar to invoice transaction hub behavior) a new "transaction hub" column has been added to the customer list page a salesforce icon in the transaction hub column indicates the synchronization status key benefits improved visibility easily monitor the transaction status of customer data quantity of a bundle to 0, the "actual quantity" of the usage add on product was not updated correctly instead, it remained 0 even after changing the bundle quantity back to a non zero value this caused inconsistencies and incorrect reporting of quantities this issue has now been fixed in this release reverting a child to original and then grandfathering again causes the tag to disappear in this release we have resolved an issue with the discount tag disappearing when reverting a child product to its original tier and then attempting to apply the grandfather tier again customers can now smoothly revert child products to their original tier and reapply the grandfather tier without losing the discount tag everything billing credit memo activation failure previously, during the activation of credit memos, users encountered a graphql error related to einvoicing mandates this issue occurred regardless of whether the einvoice mandates were turned on or off in this release our team has addressed the root cause by ensuring the graphql filter parsing includes the necessary try catch handling, thus avoiding failed activations due to double quotation mark errors additionally, the country mandate filters have been revised for improved processing reliability integrations creditmemo object mapping resolution in avalara einvoicing previously, when setting a field mapping to the creditmemo object, the credit memo failed to be processed for e invoicing without displaying an error message as a result, customers were unable to successfully process credit memos, leading to potential delays and confusion in invoicing this bug fix ensures that credit memos are properly processed and any errors are displayed, providing transparency and enabling customers to resolve issues promptly
