Tracking Subscription Metrics on Lifecycle Manager

nue provides powerful capbilities to make quick & easy changes to exsiting subscriptions using various change types on the lifecycle manager some of these include update quantity, update term, renew, upgrade, reconfigure, etc at the same time it is critical for sales reps to be able to track changes they may have made to subscriptions & at all times understand what the current state of a subscription is this is especially handy when change orders for active subscriptions schedule changes for the future ensure the calculate metrics on a daily basis calculate metrics on a daily basis setting is turned on in nue this ensures that the daily job would update the subscription card based on any scheduled changes such as quantity updates on renewal or an end of term upgrade this setting also ensures that any change order activation such as upgrade, downgrade, swap, update quantity, cancellation, etc would update the metrics on the subscription card in real time in the below example there are two subscriptions sub 000022 v2 sub 000022 v2 > nue self service with uom user/month sub 000023 v3 sub 000023 v3 > avalara integration with quantit y 7 let's perform some change orders on these & see the respective subscription metrics update right after navigate to the above subscriptions on lifecycle manager downgrade the product to a different one with a different uom make the requisite downgrade selections & add changes to cart now navigate to the second subscription and update quantity add 4 users & add changes to the cart checkout the above changes into a new quote/order save the changes & activate the order you can now see the updates on the subscription metrics such as today's product name, today's uom & today's quantity
