Nue Knowledge Center

Nue Knowledge Center is officially launched. Users with Nue App access, or access to Nue on Salesforce will be able to access Nue documentation. Nue Knowlege Center is also embedded in the application.
- (1) From Nue App, users can launch New Knowledge Center as well as Nue API docs from 2 action items on the upper right corner of the application.
- (2) From Nue on Salesforce, users can launch New Knowledge Center on any Nue lightning pages, including quote and order flows, Lifecycle Manager, etc.
We will continue to enhance Nue docs and add more knowledge base articles. Any feedback is welcome!

Nue Analytics is able to generate and view Daily ARR trends, and create reports and charts with custom quarter start and end dates. Please contact cs@nue.io if you would like to access this feature.

The price and discount tiers can now have Starting and Ending Units defined as non-integers. For example, users can create a term-based price tier such as from 0 to 0.6 year, apply 50% discounts.

Multi-currency is now supported when spliting lines in both Quote and Order flow.

Finance ops users can create late fees as debit memos for overdue invoices, integrated with Stripe for collections. This feature is still in preview. Please check out more information here.

Catch-up billing runs facilitate the migration of customers' orders and subscriptions from other systems into Nue. For example, if you are using Stripe to collect payments from your customer, the catch-up billing run in Nue will ensure that Nue Revenue Manager will send out the ‘next’ invoice appropriately. Nue provides APIs to create Catch Up Billing Schedules, as well as APIs to clean up Catch Up states and data.

In scenarios where users have insufficient credit balance during rating of uploaded usages, the rated credits will not be immediately deducted from the credit pool. Instead, the rated amount will be billed in the subsequent billing cycle. However, if users purchase enough credits before the next billing cycle, they would prefer to utilize the credits rather than making an additional payment. Therefore, when credit burndown is enabled and a billing job is initiated, Nue billing engine always checks the credit pool to see if there is remaining balance and apply the remaining balance first if possible, before generating invoices. Bug Fixes

When a user creates multi-attribute list prices in a custom price book under Product → List Prices, a shadow record is not created in the Standard Price Book, thus causing various issues in later operations, including duplicating the product or bundle. This issue has been fixed. For additional information about multi-attribute pricing, please reference this article.

Even when the add-on product does not allow quantity edits, the line itself should still be split.

In Nue App → Settings, "Use the net sales price of the last subscription term" was always displayed as False. Now it is fixed so that it properly reflects the actual configuration value.

This issue is fixed so that when a draft invoice is updated with new invoice items added in Nue on Salesforce, the invoice is updated, instead of being deleted and replaced with a new invoice.
