Release 2403.1 - 04/11/2024

Release 2403.1

Scheduled on Thursday, 04/11/2024

  • This update introduces Billing settings alignment for sales accounts, enhancements to QuickBooks integration supporting both sandbox and production accounts, and the addition of tax details in Quotes and Orders.

Feature Enhancements

Nue Price Builder

Ability to align the product quantity to the bundle quantity when and only when the product is firstly configured to the quote or order

  • Customers now have the ability to configure add-on products onto their quotes, ensuring initial quantities align with parent bundles, yet having the flexibility to change the add-on quantities.

Nue Billing Accelerator

Billing settings alignment for sales accounts

  • When the "Generate invoices for each sales account" setting is enabled, all Billing related settings, including Billing Period, Billing Cycle Start Month, Billing Cycle Day, and Billing Proration Enabled, will now inherit from the respective sales account instead of the billing account. This ensures accurate billing schedules and invoice generation aligned with each sales account's preferences rather than following the centralized billing account's settings.

QuickBooks Integration

Ability to configure QuickBooks integration for both Production and Sandbox accounts

  • Admin users can configure QuickBooks integration for both QuickBooks production and sandbox accounts.

Stripe Integration

Ability to view tax breakdown details when creating a Quote or an Order

  • When Stripe Tax is enabled, users are now able to see tax details in the Price Summary of a Quote or an Order.

Bug Fixes

Nue Platform

Setting "Preview Invoices for Quotes and Orders" appears disabled despite being enabled

  • In this release we've addressed an issue where the setting "Preview invoices for Quotes and Orders" in the Nue application wasn't appearing as enabled, despite being enabled in Salesforce. Besides fixing the bug, we've also relocated this setting from the Invoices section to the Quotes and Orders section for a better user experience.
