Ability to cancel orders with refunded or partially refunded invoices

• Customers now have the ability to cancel orders with refunded or partially refunded invoices. After the invoices and associated credit-back credit memos are canceled, the order can be canceled. For detailed collection scenarios with Stripe integration, please refer to this article.

Enhanced taxation error handling for order activation

• Invalid addresses may result in tax calculation errors during the order activation process. We persist the tax error message in the quote header and have implemented a validation to prevent orders with tax errors from being activated.
